I must admit I was sceptical at first and did not trust any results for my extensive food habit of eating too much bread.
Now I realize that I reduced my bread consumption to ONE piece and I do not feel bad about it and I do NOT force myself.
I still wonder how this could happen but I think your session contributed to reset my desire for eating calories.
